This petition is filed by the petitioner/wife against the order of the Family Court rejecting her application for interim maintenance. 3.

Considering the fact that the evidence of the parties in a main matter pending before the Family Court is over, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition.

The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed.

Needless to mention that the learned Family Court shall decide the main matter on its own merits and shall not consider the observations made in the impugned order at the time of deciding the main matter. (N.R. BORKAR, J.) Mugdha
