Since during the pendency of the aforesaid petition, final orders have been passed, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the final order/s. 2.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits, open.

In view of the withdrawal of the writ petition, nothing survives for consideration in Interim Application being Interim Application No.13039 of 2025. The same is also disposed of accordingly.
