In this writ petition, the petitioner claims that he was working under a Public Charitable Trust and is seeking a direction for payment of salary for the period between June 2010 to 30th June 2012 by the respondent no.2-the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur and the respondent no.4the Administrative Officer of the Primary Education Committee. 2.
On a query from the Court as to how the petitioner can maintain this writ petition more than 13 years after his superannuation from service, Mr. Prashant Suryawanshi, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner referred to the order dated 4th September 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.13969 of 2016.

By the said order, this Court declined to grant indulgence on the ground that there was no prayer made against the Management under which the petitioner claims to have been employed. In the present writ petition, the petitioner is again not seeking any direction for payment of salary by the Management of the Trust.

Not only that, the claim for payment of salary being in the nature of a money claim cannot be entertained by the writ Court a decade after the petitioner claims to have retired from the service. 5.
Writ Petition No.10609 of 2025 is dismissed.
