DATED : MARCH 18, 2026 ORDER:- 1.

Heard.

2.

By the present Writ Petition, the petitioner takes exception to the common judgment order passed by respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee dated 24.06.2025 thereby invalidating the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same impugned order was assailed by the other claimants namely Janhavi Pralhad Lolamwad And Pranav Pralhad Lolamwad by filing Writ Petition No. 10052 of 2025, and this Court, by a reasoned order dated 11.08.2025, has allowed the said writ Petition thereby granting conditional validity in favour of said petitioners.

The learned AGP does not dispute the relationship of the petitioner with the said validity holders.

5.

In that view of the matter, we pass the following order.
