The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 11th July 2025 VARSHA DEEPAK GAIKWAD whereby the learned District Judge, Pune rejected the application for interim relief and status quo during the pendency of the Miscellaneous Appeal, being MCA No. 75 of 2025, preferred by the petitioner against an order dated 24th January 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge thereby rejecting an application for interim injunction against the defendants-respondents.

Since Miscellaneous Appeal is subjudice before the learned District Judge there is no propriety in entertaining the petition against the order refusing to grant an interim injunction and status quo. varsha

The learned District Judge is requested to hear and decide the Miscellaneous Appeal No. 75 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible. 5.

The parties shall appear before the District court, Pune on 25th September 2025.

The petition stands disposed.

It is, hereby, clarified that this Court has not entered into the merits of the matter.
