In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks to quash and set aside the order of termination of contract dated 16th May, 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter to some extent, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to the petitioner in law. 3.

In view of aforesaid submission, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
