The learned AGP, on instructions of Mr. Pravin Manohar Gangurde, Dairy Manager of Central Dairy Aarey, Goregaon, is present in Court states that he has the power to decide on the implementation of the order and the benefits to be granted to the respondent in furtherance of the order passed by this Court. He ensures that if the petitioner fails to make an ad-interim or interim application in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, he shall release the benefits as per the order of this Court within a period of six weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking of this Court.
