2) The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the Respondent - State to decide the Representation dated 14th July, 2024 filed by the Petitioner to take action on the complaint against the alleged illegal merchant's license pertaining to the Mumbai Agricultural Product Market Committee ('APMC'). 3) Mr. Patil, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that, on 07th August, 2023 the Respondent - State has passed the Order regarding the said illegal merchant's license pertaining to the APMC. That, after passing of the said Order, the APMC submitted the Report dated 16th October, 2023 to the Director, Directorate of Marketing, Maharashtra State, 1/2

P.H. Jayani 20 WP10669.2025.DOC Pune regarding such illegal merchant's license pertaining to the APMC. Thereafter, the Society of the Petitioner filed the said representation. However, it is not attended to by the authority concerned. 4) After hearing the matter for some time, Ms Solunke, the learned Addl. GP, on instructions, made a statement that the said representation will be decided within six months from today. Mr. Patil, the learned Counsel is agreeable to that. Hence, the said statement made by the learned AGP is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

5) In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with following direction :- (a) The Respondent shall decide the said Representation dated 14th July, 2024 within six months from today and submit the Report within two weeks thereafter.
