Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

It appears that the impugned order was passed pursuant to the joint inspection carried out by the officers of CDSCO and Food and Drug Administration, State of Maharashtra.

Learned AGP informed the Court that for taking final action on the show SSP 1/2
911 wp 10602 of 2025.doc cause notice, the Joint Commissioner, FDA, State of Maharashtra, has called for the recommendations from the Deputy Drug Controller (India), CDSCO, West Zone, Mumbai.

It is, therefore, necessary to implead the said authority as party Respondent to the Petitions.

Let the Petitioners carry out necessary amendment in the Petitions to implead the Deputy Drug Controller (India), CDSCO, (West Zone), 4th Floor, Zonal FDA Bhavan, GMSD Compound, Bellasis Road, Mumbai Central, Mumbai - 400 008, as party Respondent, forthwith. 6.
Issue notice to the newly impleaded Respondent, returnable on 11 August 2025.

The Petitioner is at liberty to serve the newly added Respondent by private service, including by email.
