The Petitioners have put forth prayer clause (b), as under :

(b) this Hon'ble court be pleased to declare that the conduct of the Respondent No.2 Education Officer [Secondary], Pune not to decide the re-submitted of proposal dated 23/01/2025 with his office by removing/complying the defects raised by him by returning proposal on 30/09/2024 for approval to the petitioners appointment as Jr. Clerk is illegal and bad in law. 2.

The learned AGP sought a pass over for taking instructions.

He submits, on instructions, that the revised proposal submitted to the office of Respondent No.2, would be decided within eight days.

In view of the above, we direct that the said proposal shall be decided strictly in accordance with the policies and the rules applicable, on or before 10th October, 2025.
