Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that respondent Nos.1 and 5 have proceeded to appoint the Teachers in complete defiance of the order dated 30th June 2025 passed by the Education Officer ( Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli.

Shri Patil submits that there is no breach committed and in fact all the appointments made are in accordance with the DSS 1/2

Let Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli to examine whether the appointments made by respondent Nos.1 and 5 are in terms of the order dated 30th June 2025 passed by him and an affidavit-in-reply to that effect be filed within two weeks from today.

Respondent Nos.1 and 5 to cooperate with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli and submit details regarding the appointments made. It is open for the respondent Nos.1 and 5 to file reply within two weeks from today.

List on 25th August 2025.

It is made clear that all the appointments shall be subject to the outcome of the petition.
