Learned counsel for the Petitioners in all the aforesaid Petitions submits that the District Rehabilitation Officer, Satara is likely to take possession of the properties in question. 3.

Mr. Samant, learned Additional Government Pleader states that the authorities are in possession of the land in question and therefore, the issue of taking possession does not arise. Be that as it may, since the Registry has not placed the papers of the Petitions before us, we are unable to proceed with the hearing of the said Petitions.

Considering the aforesaid reason, without commenting on the aspect of the possession of the land in question, we direct the parties to maintain status quo as of today.
