Learned counsel for the Petitioners to supply spare copies in the Registry within one week from today, so as to enable the Registry to issue notice to the Respondent Nos.1 and 4. Hamdast permitted.

In addition to the Court notice, learned counsel for the Petitioners to serve the Respondent Nos.1 and 4, by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date. 7.

Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, in the meantime, compensation amount not to be disbursed if not disbursed in favour of the Respondent No.4.
