DATED:

22ND AUGUST, 2025.

PC:- 1.

Contending that there is some discrepancy in the order dated 6th August, 2025 passed by this Court, Mr. Kapil P. Shetye, learned counsel for the Petitioners has pointed out the specific directions contained in paragraph Nos.3 and 5 of the order dated 6th August, 2025, to submit that due to some confusion, his clients were unable to deposit the sum of Rs.90,000/- in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) as per the directions of this Court. Petitioners' counsel seeks extension of one week time from today to comply with the said direction.

After going through the order dated 6th August, 2025, we find that the observations in paragraph Nos.3 and 5 present slightly divergent observations, which could have created some confusion for the Petitioners. Therefore, for the ends of justice, we grant extension of time till 4th September, 2025 to the Petitioners to deposit the amount as per the order dated 6th August, 2025. 3.

List the matter again on 4th September, 2025. (SHYAM C. CHANDAK, J.) (SUMAN SHYAM, J.) { 22nd August, 2025.
