Mr Kanetkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that a copy of this Petition has been served on the learned counsel for the Respondents Nos. 5 to 8, who have filed Caveat. However, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents Nos. 5 to 8 is not present in the Court since his name does not appear on the board.

In view of the above, the matter is directed to be listed again on 3rd September 2025 as a fixed item by reflecting his name in the board.
