Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that in paragraph 2 of the order dated 3rd September 2025, the date of the impugned order is wrongly mentioned as 2nd September 2021 instead of 4th April 2025. He also submits that the authority that had passed the impugned order is not recorded. 3.

In view of these submissions, paragraph 2 of the order shall be corrected to read as under:
