In view of the assurance given by Mr Mhaispurkar, learned counsel appearing for Respondents Nos. 5 to 8 that his client will not pursue any coercive action against the Petitioner in pursuance of the impugned order dated 4th April 2025, passed by the Hon'ble Revenue Minister, we are not inclined to pass any further order in this case, today.
