Interim relief was initially granted in this Petition by order dated 03.09.2025 and continued thereafter on 01.10.2025 by the Division Bench of this Court. Pursuant to which Petition has been now listed before the Single Bench of this Court i.e. this Court. Mr. Shirke would persuade the Court to extend the interim relief. In view thereof, interim / ad-interim relief, if any granted earlier, shall continue till further orders.
