The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that an objection raised on 23/06/2025 before respondent No.1-competent authority and Sub Divisional Officer has not been decided. The objection pertains to entitlement as regards compensation with regard to a piece of land in the process of being acquired.

The learned AGP appears on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and
2. On instructions, a statement is made that the petitioner was granted hearing on 05/08/2025 and that respondent No.1 competent authority would be passing an appropriate order on the objection raised by the petitioner within four weeks from today.
