It is contended that the petitioners in these petitions have been suspended from their services in a most mala fide and illegal manner. Considering the facts brought to our notice, we are inclined to entertain these petitions.

Hence, issue notice, returnable on 29th September 2025, to be listed in "urgent orders category." Learned AGPs waive notice on behalf of the state authorities in all these petitions. 4.
Liberty granted to the petitioners to serve the remaining respondents, by way of private service and to file an affidavit of service before the next date of listing.
