We have heard the learned counsel for both parties. 2.

The Petitioner has filed this present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following substantive reliefs:: "b) By way of writ of Mandamus or by way of any other writ/Order/directions, this Hon'ble Court may please to direct the Respondent No. 3 to 5 to decide Petitioner's representations dated 6/08/2024, 12/12/2024, 16/01/2025, 25/01/2025 & 2/07/2025 (and legal notice dated 13/03/2025 & 20/06/2025) as early as possible within a stipulated period of 2 weeks from the passing of order by this Hon'ble Court. c) This Hon'ble Court may please to direct the Respondent No. 3 to 6 to implement their own GR dated 24th April 2018 and GR dated 14th October 2021 and may further direct to record names of all the legal heirs of deceased Sadashiv Laxman Chavan as per said GRs who is Petitioner's father." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, today submitted that the Petitioner is only pressing for relief in terms of prayer clause "b". 4.

We sought a clarification from the learned AGP whether the Government Resolutions (GRs) dated 24th April, 2018 and 14th October, 2021 had Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

302- WP-10782-2025(C).DOC been withdrawn to any effect by any government authority, she submitted that the GRs have not been withdrawn.

We hereby dispose of the petition in terms of prayer clause (b). Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the Petitioner's representations/applications dated 6th August, 2024, 12th December, 2024, 16th January, 2025, 15th January, 2025 and 2nd July, 2025 i.e. Exhibit 'A' to the Petition. Let there be a notice issued to the petitioner one week prior to the date of hearing of the Petitioner's representations/applications.

Let the Petitioner be granted a hearing and then order on the representations /applications be passed in accordance with law. All contentions of the parties in that regard are expressly kept open. Representation to be heard within one month from the date on which a copy of this Order is placed before Respondent No.3 7.

Petition is disposed of.
