1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Civil Court cannot be inject the petitioner from pursuing any other remedy as available under the law. He further submits that the proceedings initiated by the petitioner before the Authorities constituted under the Land Revenue Code under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code are kept in abeyance in view of the injunction granted by the Appellate Court. He further submits that the authority exercising powers under Section 143 of the MLR Code are independent powers and no injunction can be granted against the authority considering his application under Section 143 of the MLR Code. 2] Issue notice to the respondent no.1, returnable on 07.10.2025.
