Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The challenge in this petition is to an order passed by the learned Civil Judge, rejecting the application preferred by the petitioners to mark the documents in evidence. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that, despite the petitioners having admitted the documents in evidence, which were filed by the respondents, the Trial Court has declined to mark those documents in evidence. 4.

It does not appear that the petitioners have made a statement of admission and denial of the documents. In the event, the petitioners make the statement of admission of the 1/2

Reserving the liberty to the petitioners to file a statement of admission and denial of the documents in evidence, the petition stands disposed.
