Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner has requisite experience, yet, the petitioner has been awarded zero marks for the work experience and the similar experience certificates submitted by the other tenderers have been accepted.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the learned Additional Government Pleader prays for short accommodation in order to enable him to seek instructions and to file an affidavit in reply, if so advised.
