In these writ petitions, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 1st August, 2025 by which technical

When a query was put to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner is not L1 bidder.

In view of the aforesaid submission, it is not necessary for us to examine the validity of the order dated 1st August, 2025 by which the technical bid of the petitioner has been rejected.
