The recovery certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 was issued in November 2023. 2.

The Petitioner has the remedy of filing Revision Application under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 against the said recovery certificate. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition and the same is thus disposed of. 3.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. MMP
