We are of the opinion that the events that have taken place during the pendency of the Petitions necessitate passing appropriate interim order so that the functioning of the subject college i.e. Kohinoor Arts, Commerce & Science College, Khultabad, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar continues unabated.
