On the request of Ms. Karakasia, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the protection granted to the Petitioner by the Order dated 6th August, 2025 shall now stand extended till 19th September, 2025 in order to enable her client to deposit the amount of Rs.20,00,000/- as reflected in para 4 of the said Order. This is however, subject to the condition that no further extension of time will be prayed for by the Petitioner on the next date.
