By an order dated 24.11.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner along with his minor daughter was directed to appear before the Medical Officer, for ascertaining her disability.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner along with his minor girl had been to the Medical Officer, on the scheduled date and she has been duly examined. We find that the purpose of filing this petition has been sub-served, since the minor girl has already been examined by the concerned Medical Officer.

We make it clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the extend of disability shown in the Medical Certificate, the petitioner shall take out appropriate proceeding at appropriate stage.
