Heard Mr. Jahagirdar, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Samant, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3-State and Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the contesting Respondent No.6.

By this Petition, the Petitioner presses only prayer clause (b), which reads as under:
"In the alternative this Hon'ble Court may please direct the Respondent No.4 to conduct the meeting on 08.08.2025, Gaikwad RD 1/2
904-wp-10850-2025.doc restraining the Respondent No.6 from participating and voting in the said meeting"

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.6, on instructions, of Respondent No.6 makes a statement that the Respondent No.6 will not participate nor vote in the meeting scheduled on 8th August 2025. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition. The Petition stands disposed of. 5.
Needless to state, that all contentions of all parties on merits and all remedies available in law to the Petitioner are kept open.

Mr. Samant, learned Additional Government Pleader to communicate this order to the concerned authority, who has scheduled the meeting on 8th August 2025.
