Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent. 2.

By the present Writ Petition, challenge is to the Order dated 25th July 2025 passed below Exhibit-6 in Petition No.B-119 of 2025 as also to the Order dated 29th July 2025 passed below Exhibit-9 in Petition No.B-119 of 2025.

Perusal of the said Orders show that the notice has been issued to the Respondent in both the Applications. Both the Dusane

913 WP 10854.25.DOC learned Counsel state that the matter is listed tomorrow before the learned Judge, Family Court. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the directions be issued to the learned Judge of the Family Court to dispose of both these Applications as early as possible.

Perusal of record shows that these Applications are concerning the child, who is 3 years old. Thus, in the facts and circumstances, learned concerned Judge of the Family Court is requested to decide Exhibit-6 and Exhibit-9 Applications filed in Petition No.B-119 of 2025 within a period of 30 days from today. 5.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
