This Writ Petition is already disposed of by Order dated 7th August 2025 by requesting the learned Judge of the Family Court to decide Exhibits 6 and 9 Applications filed in Petition No. B-119 of 2025 within a period of 30 days.

Ms. Daruwala, learned Counsel states that in view of the change in the circumstances, which are also mentioned in the Writ Dusane

Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the Respondent has no objection if the said amendment application is considered simultaneously.

Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel for the Respondent states that reply to Exhibits 6 and 9 application as also to the amendment application will be filed within 3 days from today. 6.

In view of above, the concerned learned Judge of the Family Court is requested to decide Exhibits 6 and 9 Applications filed in Petition No.B-119 of 2025 as also amendment application filed in the Petition on or before 30th September 2025. 7.

Accordingly, Order dated 7th August 2025 is modified to above extent.
