The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 17.01.2025 passed by Industrial Court, Aurangabad in Revision (ULP) No. 72/2018 whereby, judgment and order dated 06.10.2018 passed by Labour Court in Complaint (ULP) No. 30/2012 is quashed and set aside and matter was remitted back to Labour Court for deciding issue no. 6.

The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent, on instructions, submits that in pursuance to remand order, Labour Court has finally decided issue no. 6 and disposed of matter.
