Prima facie, it appears that the petitioner has conducted the Annual General Meeting, though there may be certain procedural defects in conducting the same. In my opinion, such defects, at this stage, do not furnish sufficient grounds for disqualifying the elected Managing Committee members.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b), until further orders.
