The present Writ Petition is filed contending that Appeal No.122 of 2025 filed by Petitioner before Cooperation Minister, Mantralaya at Mumbai is pending adjudication and same is not taken up for hearing.

Considering submissions advanced, Writ Petition can be disposed of by passing innocuous order, directing Respondent No.1 to consider and decide pending Appeal filed by Petitioner within a period of four months from today.
