Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by the order impugned in this petition, the application filed under Section 8 of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('the said Act') is rejected. He, therefore, submits that the impugned order would be appealable in view of Section 37(1)(a) of the said Act. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file the appeal.
