This praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 15th September 2025 has been circulated with a request to correct the said order by replacing Respondent No. 4 in place of Respondents Nos. 1 to 3-State, as reflected in that order. 2.

Mr. Bhushan Deshmukh, learned counsel for Respondent No. 4, submits that it was his client that was required to file reply and not Respondent Nos. 1 to 3-State.

Taking note of such submission, the correction as prayed for is allowed. The sentence "so as to enable Mr Kamble, learned AGP appearing for Respondents Nos. 1 to 3-State to file reply", as reflected in the order dated 15th September 2025, shall stand 24th September 2025 Rushikesh
