This is another case in which we find that serious prejudice may be caused to the petitioner on account of the petitioner not being able to produce the caste validity certificate in time. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is required to furnish a caste validity certificate on or before 27th August 2025. It is further submitted that the hearing before the respondent no.2-Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee", for short) was concluded on 3rd June 2025.

We would therefore direct the Committee to take note of the aforementioned facts and to deliver the judgment by 18th August 2025.
