CORAM
: Smt. Vibha Kankanwadi & Hiten S. Venegavkar, JJ.
DATE : 25th November, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.
On the last occasion, Mr. R. R. Awhad, learned Advocate, holding for Mr. Chaudhari, learned Advocate for petitioner, had argued the matter. When we raised our doubts regarding the maintainability of the writ petition, he had sought accommodation. Today, Ms. Sonawane, learned Advocate, holding for Mr. Chaudhari, learned Advocate for petitioner, seeks accommodation on the ground of leave note filed by learned Advocate, Mr. Chaudhari. We again reiterate that leave notes are not binding on this Court. When the arrangement was made on the last occasion for submissions on his behalf through another Advocate, that arrangement could have been made today also. On 09.09.2025 also when the matter was on board, the learned Advocate for the petitioner had filed leave note. Therefore, we are not impressed with the reason for 916-WP-10916-2025.odt
adjourning the matter.
2.
As a last chance, the matter is adjourned.
3.
Place the matter for further consideration High on Board on 17.12.2025. If the learned Advocate for the petitioner remains absent on that day, the petition is liable to be dismissed. (Hiten S. Venegavkar, J.) (Smt. Vibha Kankanwadi, J.) B. S. Joshi 916-WP-10916-2025.odt
