Heard learned Counsels for both the parties.

By the Petition, Petitioner seeks a direction to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide Petitioner's Offline Refund Application dated 07.07.2025, which has been accepted by Respondents in a time bound manner.

Learned AGP on instructions states that Petitioner's Offline Refund Application dated 07.07.2025 will be decided by the Respondent - Authority within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Statement accepted. He further submits Prasad 1/2

913-WP-10919-2025.doc that Petitioner be directed to submit original documents at the relevant time as and when asked for. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner will submit necessary original documents as and when called for i.e. at the time of processing the Application. Statement accepted.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Petition and have decided the same in view of the submissions advanced by learned AGP and as such keep all contentions of both the parties open.

For recording compliance, list this Petition on 7th November, 2025.
