Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

An arguable question as to whether a certificate of Unilateral Deemed Conveyance could have been issued when a registered conveyance has already been executed on 20 March 2013 purportedly on the strength of the power of attorney, the executants of which had already passed away before the execution of the said Deed of Conveyance, arises for consideration ? 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 29 September 2025. 4.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The Petitioner is at liberty to serve Respondent Nos.3 to 5 by private service and file an affidavit of service.
