On the request of Ms. Jha, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the interim Order dated 14/08/2025 passed by this Court stands extended till 15th September, 2025 so as to give the Petitioner one last opportunity to resolve the matter with the Bank.

2) We make it clear that no further prayer for extension of time shall be entertained by this Court. It will be entirely upto the Petitioner to resolve the matter amicably with the Bank within the aforesaid time, if so advised. List accordingly.
