This Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondent No.1, Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Pune, to hear and decide the Revision Application No. 295 of 2025, preferred by the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Petitioner against an order passed by the Deputy Registrar. by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.09.05 13:20:09 +0530 3.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are not averse to the expedite hearing and final disposal of the Revision Application No. 295 of 2025. 1/2

The learned Counsel submits that, according to his instructions, the Respondent No.1 has now posted the Revision Application No. 295 of 2025, for hearing on 23rd September 2025.

In view of the aforesaid submission, and having regard to the limited nature of prayers in the Petition, the Petition can be disposed of by requesting the Respondent No.1, to hear and decide the Revision Application No. 295 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from 23rd September 2025. 6.

The parties shall appear before the Respondent No.1 on 23rd September 2025.

The parties shall cooperate with the Respondent No.1 in the hearing and final disposal of the Revision Application and shall not seek any adjournments.

In the meanwhile, till the decision of the Revision Application No. 295 of 2025, the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not invite the bids. [N. J. JAMADAR, J.] 2/2
