Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
The question as to whether the application of the membership of the SSP 1/2
15 wp 10949 of 2025.doc Respondent NO.1 would be governed by the provisions contained in Section 28 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, in view of the saving clause contained in Section 154B-31 of the Act, 1960, arises for consideration.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 11 September 2025. 4.
Learned AGP waives service for Respondent Nos.2 and 3. 5.
The Petitioners are at liberty to serve Respondent No.1 by private service and file an affidavit of service.

In the meanwhile, by way of ad-interim relief, the execution and operation of the impugned order is stayed.
