The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 6.10.2025 while dictating the order, this Hon'ble Court has directed the office to accept the copies and thereafter directed to issue notice to respondent No. 5, returnable on 21.11.2024. However, the said part of the order is not reflected in the order.

In view of the above, order is modified as under :- "1.

Office to accept the copies. Issue notice to the respondent No. 5 thereafter, returnable on 21.11.2025." 5.

Order be corrected accordingly and corrected order be uploaded on internet.
