However, various points raised in the praecipe dated 4th November 2025, except last point, cannot come under the purview of Speaking to Minutes. The Respondent is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings including review of the said order dated 13th October 2025.

However, as far as clause No.10(d) of the order dated 13th October 2025, the same be modified by adding the following words at the fag end of the clause No.10(d):

"along with accrued interest, if any."

The following be added by consent of both the parties at the fag end of the clause No.10(c):

"Both the parties are at liberty to file affidavits/rejoinders raising contentions regarding additional documents produced by the Petitioners before the learned Division Bench of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai in said Revision."

Accordingly, the order dated 13th October 2025 be corrected and corrected order be uploaded.
