Mr. Vaibhav Ugle, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner pursuant to the liberty given by this Court in Writ Petition No.14025 of 2024 approached the Grievance Redressal Committee which is seized with this petition and notice has been issued to the respondents therein. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further states that a chart of unpaid pending dues annexed at page no.76 of this writ petition has also been given to the respondents but they have failed to make payment to the petitioner of such dues that are legally payable to him.

As the petition filed before the Grievance Redressal Committee is pending a final decision, this Court shall be reluctant to make any comment on the claim made by the petitioner in the present writ petition. Furthermore, as the petitioner is seeking same and similar relief which is pending adjudication before the Grievance Redressal Committee, this writ petition least to say is premature and is disposed of 1/2 Kartikeya Goti

936-WP-11017-2025.doc with a direction to the Institute Grievance Committee, Sinhagad which is added as party respondent no.4 in the present proceeding to deicide the claim of the petitioner within next six weeks. 3.
