By this writ petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs:
"a.
The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or directions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India; thereby directing the respondent-Pune Municipal Corporation and tender issuing authority to set aside the disqualification of the petitioner passed on 2nd July 2025 and uploaded on 30th July 2025 in the tender process bearing Tender Ref. No.PMC/HEALTH/NUHM/01/2025-26;
b.
The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or directions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India; thereby directing the respondent-Corporation and tender issuing authority to open the financial bid of the petitioner with respect to tender process bearing Tender Ref. No.PMC/HEALTH/NUHM/01/2025-26;
c.
Pending hearing and final disposal of the present petition, the tender process of the tender bearing Tender Ref. No.PMC/HEALTH/NUHM/01/2025-26 may kindly be stayed;
d.
Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) above may kindly be granted;
e.
The Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to award costs in favour of the petitioner, including but not limited to legal expenses, court fees and any other incidental costs incurred in pursuing this petition as this Hon'ble Court deems fit." 1/2 901-WP-11027-2025.doc Dixit

Ms. Pradnya C. Solanki, learned counsel for the Petitioner tenders a letter dated 2nd February 2026 received from the petitioner-Company expressing its unwillingness to continue with this petition and further instructing the counsel to unconditionally withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel accordingly seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
