In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks to quash and set aside the communication dated 18th July, 2025 by which the Chief Executive Officer, Pune Cantonment Board has cancelled the contract issued in favour of the petitioner and has awarded the contract in favour of a third party.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter to some extent seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to the petitioner in law. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
