By our order dated 12th August 2025, we had directed the State to file an Affidavit in Reply on or before 2nd September 2025. When the matter is called out today, the learned AGP seeks further time to file the Affidavit in Reply to the above Writ Petition. 2.

Acceding to his request, we direct that the Affidavit in Reply, if any, shall be filed on or before 9th October 2025, and a copy of the same shall SEPTEMBER 11, 2025 Darshan Patil

If Petitioner wants to file any Affidavit in Rejoinder, he may do so on or before 15th October 2025 and serve a copy of the same on the learned AGP.

Stand over to 16th October 2025. Ad-Interim relief granted earlier shall continue till the next date.
